Which Purchases Have a Transaction Fee?

Some purchases at specific merchants have a 1.5% transaction fee, with a minimum of 0.50 USD per transaction. We waive this fee on the first 3 eligible transactions per card each calendar month. The count resets on the 1st at 00:00 UTC.
