Activity Rules:

  • The event starts on Dec 26, 2024 at 12:00 PM and ends on Mar 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM (UTC+8).

  • Whoever participates in this event and unlocks the $100 within 10 days by finishing specific tasks (such as inviting a friend to apply for his/her first card to boost the process) can claim 100 USDⓈ. Those who fail to unlock the $100 within 10 days will not be eligible to claim the rewards.

  • In spite of whether the unlocking process is successful or not, users can participate in the unlocking process repeatedly. There is no limit to the rewards.

  • If the winners do not claim the reward on their own, RedotPay will credit it to the reward account after the end of the event.

  • The USDⓈ reward granted by RedotPay cannot be used to purchase cards, be withdrawn, or be transferred; it can only be spent on purchases. The validity period of the reward is 30 calendar days, and it will expire if not used.

  • RedotPay retains the right to make final interpretations regarding this event.

Q: How can I unlock the $100 reward?

A: You can unlock a random amount of reward by completing the following tasks:

invite friends to first apply for their cards (this task can be finished repeatedly);

buy a physical card for the first time;

buy a virtual card for the first time;

and make a payment of $100 for the first time in each round of unlocking tasks.

Once the unlocked rewards reaches $100 in total, you can claim it to your account.

During the unlocking process, there are chances to get an extra bonus which will be sent to your account in real-time.

Q: How to invite friends to boost the unlocking process?

How many people do I need to invite to unlock $100?

A: Boost your chances of unlocking $100 by inviting friends to apply for their first card.

Each friend you invite will unlock a random amount of reward.

Step 1: Send your referral link to a friend from our campaign page.

Step 2: Your friend completes the KYC verification.

Step 3: Once they activate the card, you'll unlock a random amount from the 100 USDⓈ reward!

Q: I have invited several friends to boost my rewards. Why do I get only one reward unlocked?

A: Each boost will unlock certain amount of reward.

While you are away from the campaign page, the platform will merge the rewards into one and add them to the same reward box.

You can click "Records" on the campaign page to check out your activity records.

Q: Where can I check out my invitation record?

A: You can go to "Account - Referral - Invited Friends" to check out the invitation record in which you can see their card-applying status.

Q: In the same round of unlocking tasks, if I spend $100 separately using both

physical card and virtual card, can I unlock the rewards twice?

A: No. In the same round, only the first one-time $100 purchase using either physical card or virtual card can unlock reward.

But, if you start the next round, you can unlock the reward again by making another one-time $100 purchase.

Q: Can I initiate the reward challenge more than one time?

A: Yes. No matter if you successfully unlock the 100-USDⓈ reward,

you will be able to start the new round after the last round ends.

If you successfully unlock the reward in multiple rounds, you will receive rewards of corresponding amount.

Q: Why is the unlocked reward being reset?

A: Each round of the unlock task has a 10-day limit.

At the end of the unlock task, the reward will be reset regardless of whether it reaches 100 USDⓈ.

Q: Why have I not received the reward?

A: If you have successfully unlocked 100 USDⓈ, after clicking to claim on the campaign page, the reward will be sent to your reward account.

If you have not successfully unlocked the 100-USDⓈ reward, you will not be able to claim it. If you do not claim the 100-USDⓈ reward on your own, RedotPay will send it to your reward account after the campaign ends (i.e. 12:00pm on Mar 1, 2025 (UTC+8)).

Q: Can the reward be used to buy cards, withdraw, or transfer?

A: The USDⓈ reward granted by RedotPay cannot be used for purchasing cards, withdrawal, or transferal, and can only be used for purchase.
