How Do I Turn On Low Balance Alerts?

Low Balance Alerts let you set a threshold so you're notified before your balance runs low. When your balance drops below the amount you set, you'll get an app notification and an email reminder to add funds. To turn it on:

1. Open the RedotPay app and go to [Profile].

2. Then, select [Payment settings].

3. Tap [Low balance alert].

4. Turn on [Low balance alert], set your limit and tap [Save].
