To ensure a high-quality trading experience, only users with Merchant privileges can post ads to buy or sell digital currencies on the RedotPay P2P Marketplace.
User Type | Requirements |
P2P Merchants | Must pass the review process conducted by the RedotPay P2P team. |
Regular Users | Must meet the following conditions: - RedotPay account has been registered for more than 30 days. - Completed identity verification and bound a mobile phone number, email, and two-factor authentication (2FA). - Completed ≥ 10 P2P orders. - P2P order completion rate in the past 30 days ≥ 90% - Average coin release time for P2P orders in the past 30 days < 30 minutes. - Fund balance exceeds the amount required for the security deposit. |

Ads can only be posted on the RedotPay P2P marketplace after passing review and verification.
"Completed P2P orders" refer to P2P orders with the status "Transaction Completed".
"P2P order completion rate in the past 30 days" is calculated as: (Total number of "Transaction Completed" orders in the past 30 days) / (Total number of created orders in the past 30 days).
