What are the RedotPay Pro membership fees?
We offer two subscription tiers:
Monthly Membership: $12.90 / month
Annual Membership: $129.00 / year
Can I upgrade to an annual plan while my monthly plan is still active?
Yes. You can upgrade to an annual membership at any time.
Can I get a refund for my membership fee?
All RedotPay Pro membership fees are non-refundable after payment is made.
Can I transfer my membership benefits to a different account?
No. Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared between different accounts.
Tier Benefits
What benefits are included in the RedotPay Pro monthly plan?
The monthly plan offers:
Free virtual card: A one-time waiver of the $10 application fee.
Cashback: Earn 3% cashback on Apple Pay and Google Pay purchases (up to $20 per month).
What benefits are included in the RedotPay Pro annual plan?
The annual plan offers:
Free physical card: A one-time waiver of the $100 application fee.
Cashback: Earn 3% cashback on Apple Pay and Google Pay purchases (up to $20 per month).
ATM fee waivers: Withdraw up to $1,000 monthly at ATMs with zero fees.
Boosted Earn rewards: Get an additional +1% APY on Redotpay Earn.
Can I get a free physical card with a monthly membership?
No. The waiver for the physical card fee (valued at $100) is reserved for annual members only.
Does my free physical card voucher expire?
No. Once the voucher is issued, it’s valid permanently with no expiration date.
Cashback Rewards
How does the 3% cashback work?
Here’s everything you need to know about your cashback rewards:
Eligibility: Only transactions made via Apple Pay or Google Pay qualify.
Timing: Rewards are credited to your account automatically once the transaction is cleared.
Format: Cashback is issued in USDs.
Usage: USDs can only be used for future card transactions. They cannot be used to purchase cards, withdrawn as cash, or transferred.
Limits & expiration:
Monthly cap: 20 USDs per month.
Validity: Issued USDs expire after 30 days.
Refunds: If you refund a purchase, the corresponding cashback will be deducted from your account.
If I request a refund, will my cashback be taken back?
Yes. If a transaction is refunded, disputed, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, the system will automatically reclaim the cashback earned from that purchase.
Important details:
The full cashback amount is deducted immediately upon refund.
If your cashback (USDs) balance is insufficient, an equivalent amount may be deducted from your other available assets.
We monitor for suspicious activity (e.g., frequent small-amount "cycle" trading). Misuse of the cashback program may result in the suspension of your rewards or account.
What happens to my cashback if I dispute a transaction?
If a transaction is disputed or refunded after the cashback has been issued, the system will reclaim that cashback from your balance.
Can I withdraw my USDs cashback?
No. USDs cashback can only be used for card spending. It can't be withdrawn, transferred, or used to buy cards.
Can I use my USDs cashback after my membership expires?
Yes. Any cashback you have already earned is yours to keep until it expires.
What happens if my membership expires while cashback is "pending"?
As long as you made the purchase while your membership was active, you will still receive your cashback even if the 30-day processing period ends after your membership expires.
Can I earn RedotPay Pro cashback and other promo rewards at the same time?
Yes. Your 3% RedotPay Pro cashback does not conflict with other limited-time card promotions.
ATM Fees & Earn Rewards
How does the $1,000 ATM fee waiver for annual members work? Annual members receive a $1,000 monthly waiver for ATM fees. Your waiver resets each month on your billing cycle date.
Example: If you joined on April 3, your waiver runs from April 3 to May 3 and resets on the 3rd.
Note:
This waiver applies specifically to fees charged by RedotPay. Please note that some ATM operators/local banks may charge their own independent service fees; these are not covered by the waiver.
If you withdraw more than $1,000 in a month, any amount over the limit will be charged at our standard fee rate. You can check your "Used credit" and "Remaining limit" anytime within the member center.
Does the $1,000 ATM fee waiver apply worldwide?
Yes. Annual members get up to $1,000 per month in ATM fee waivers globally at any ATM that accepts major card networks.
Note:
This only covers fees charged by RedotPay. Any "unilateral" fees charged by the local bank/ATM operator are not covered.
Once you exceed $1,000 in a month, standard withdrawal fees will apply.
How is the +1% APY reward distributed?*
After you subscribe your assets to Earn, the system takes one day to verify your membership. Your +1% reward officially starts building up on the second day.
Note:
The +1% applies only to the first $1,000,000 equivalent subscribed to Earn. Excess amounts earn the standard rate.
If your membership expires or renewal fails before the day 1 confirmation, you won't receive the +1% reward for that period.
*Only available in regions where RedotPay Earn is supported.
Renewal & Account Status
When will the automatic renewal fee be charged?
The system will try to charge your renewal fee 48 hours before your membership expires. To avoid a failed charge from insufficient balance, you’ll get reminders via email, push notifications, and in-app messages starting 7 days before expiration.
What happens if my balance is too low for auto-renewal?
If your balance isn’t enough to cover the renewal fee, you’ll get email and push notifications starting 7 days before your membership expires. The system will automatically try again if the first charge fails. If the second payment fails, auto-renew turns off and your account becomes a regular account again once your membership expires.
Can I cancel auto-renewal at any time?
Yes. You can turn off auto-renewal by tapping [...] on the RedotPay Pro home page and select, [Manage membership] - [Auto-renewal].
If I cancel auto-renewal, do I lose my benefits right away?
No. You keep all Pro benefits until your current expiration date. After that, your account will simply switch back to a regular account.
Will I get a reminder before my membership expires?
Yes. We will send you reminders 7 days and 48 hours before your membership ends.
Why did I get a renewal membership reminder but no payment was deducted?
We send reminders early to make sure your benefits don't accidentally expire.
If I replace, freeze, or report my card as lost, do I lose my benefits?
No. Your Pro membership is linked to your account, not a specific card. Your benefits remain valid even if you change your card.
Will my benefits stay active if I switch phones or reinstall the app?
Yes. Your membership status is linked to your account, not your device.
Tracking & Insights
Where can I see my total membership savings?
You can track your savings in two places:
RedotPay Pro home page: View your total lifetime savings and a breakdown of each benefit.
Transaction records: On any transaction’s details page, see the exact cashback you earned.
What is "missed cashback" and how is it calculated?
This shows how much cashback you could have earned if you’d had a membership in the past.
Here’s how it’s calculated:
The system looks at your actual transactions from the past 30 days.
It simulates what would have happened if you’d been a Pro member then, and calculates how much in fees you could have saved and how much extra cashback you could have earned.
