RedotPay Trade isn't available in every region. If you're in a restricted region, you may be unable to open new positions, but you can usually still manage and close existing ones and withdraw your funds.
Why access can be restricted
Availability can be limited by local laws and regulations, sanctions or restricted-jurisdiction rules, RedotPay's internal compliance and risk-control policies, and restrictions from the underlying protocol and service providers. These factors can change over time, so availability may change too.
Restrictions may be based on your current location, the country you verified your RedotPay account with, or both.
What's restricted
If a regional restriction applies, you may be unable to take actions that increase your perpetual futures exposure, including:
Opening a new position.
Submitting an order that increases your exposure.
Using order-entry tools for opening a new position.

What usually stays available
Even when new trading is restricted, you can generally still:
View market data.
View and manage existing positions.
Close existing positions.
Cancel open orders.
Transfer your assets out.
This lets you manage and exit existing exposure even when you can't open new positions. Exactly which functions remain available can vary by the reason for the restriction, your account status, and system status at the time.
