How to Complete Identity Verification for My Account

Identity verification (KYC) is required to use RedotPay services. Verification may fail if your system, information or documents do not meet the requirements below. If you use an iOS device, make sure your iOS version is 12.2 or later.

1. Open the RedotPay app, tap the [Profile] icon in the upper left corner, and select your email address to access the verification page.

2. Fill out your basic information:

  • Country/Region

  • First Name

  • Last name

  • Date of Birth

Choose the document type for verification and input the corresponding document number.

Tap [Next] to submit the information.

For unsupported countries/regions, please refer to the RedotPay list: Unsupported Countries/Regions List

3. Tap [Identity Document] to upload your identity documents.

4. Select the issuing country of the document and the document type.

Please note: Document types displayed are supported for verification in that country. If your document type is not displayed, it means that document is not supported.

5. After document review is approved, please proceed with facial recognition. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.

6. If the verification is successful, your identity verification is complete.

7. If prompted with "Additional info request", you will need to fill out a personal declaration form. The review typically takes 3-5 days after submission.

If you do not submit within 14 days, the system will automatically mark the identity verification as failed.
