To secure your account and unlock all features, you'll need to verify your identity. This means providing your personal details, a photo of your ID, and a face scan. In some cases, the system may also request a personal statement.
Verification Steps
Personal Information: Enter your details exactly as they appear on your ID.
ID Upload: Take a clear photo of your original identification document.
Face Scan: Complete a quick biometric scan using your front camera.
Confirm Your Details: After the face scan, the system automatically recognizes your document information. Double-check the displayed nationality, name, date of birth, ID number, etc.
Residential Address: Provide your current residential address.
Short Questionnaire: Complete a brief 4-5 question questionnaire (takes about 3 minutes). This helps us understand your needs to match you with suitable services.
Additional Documents: Submit only if requested by the system.
Important Rules
Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
One Account: Only one verified account is allowed per person.
Original Documents: Only original physical IDs are accepted. Do not use copies, screenshots, or photos of a screen.
Validity: Your ID must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of submission.
14-Day Deadline: If the system requests a personal statement, it must be submitted within 14 days or your application will be rejected.
Tips for Approval
1. Entering Personal Information
Name Match: Ensure your first and last names match your ID exactly. If your ID includes a middle name, add it after your first name in the "First Name" field.
Birthday: Use the correct format and double-check that the day and month match your ID.
Accuracy: Small typos will cause an automatic rejection.
2. Taking ID Photos
Lighting: Avoid glares or shadows. Ensure the text on the ID is clearly readable.
Frame: Place the ID on a flat surface and ensure all four corners are visible.
Both Sides: If your ID has information on the back, upload both the front and back photos.
3. Completing the Face Scan
Environment: Use a well-lit room and a plain background.
Position: Hold your phone steady at eye level. Remove hats, glasses, or masks that cover your face.
No Bystanders: Make sure you're the only person visible in the scan.
4. Confirming Personal Information
After you upload your document, the system reads your information automatically. Check that the nationality, document type, name, date of birth, and ID number all match your physical document exactly.
If anything is wrong, you can finish verification as usual and update your details afterward:
On the app home page, tap your icon (top left).
On your profile page, tap the arrow to open your personal details.
Next tap [Click to apply]
Select a reason, check "I understand and agree to the disclaimer," and tap [Begin process] to resubmit.
Important: For your security, you can update your identity details only once every 180 days, so check everything carefully first.
5. Residential Address
Enter your true, current address in full. If your area has no postal code, enter 000000.
6. Completing the Questionnaire
Pick the options that best match your occupation or main source of funds. If none fit, choose [Others] and add a short description (1–100 characters).
7. Additional Documents (If Requested)
Check Notifications: Find the request in your in-app notification and submit it as soon as you can. The deadline is usually 14 days (per the specific notice); missing it means your application is rejected.
Formats: Upload clear scans or photos as JPG, PNG, or PDF, up to 10MB.
Content: Upload exactly what's requested (e.g., personal statement, source of funds, or source of wealth), and make sure it matches your real details.
Upload at Once: Send everything together to avoid repeat requests. This helps us finish the review, usually within 1–3 business days.
