RedotPay offers a paid replacement service for virtual cards. When you replace your card, the CVV and expiry date change, but the card number stays the same.
Fees
First replacement: 5 USD
Each replacement after that: 10 USD
How to replace your virtual card
1. Open the RedotPay app and go to [Card].
2. Tap [Settings].
3. Next, tap [Replace card].
4. Then tap [Replace card] again to confirm the fee and start the replacement.
Note:
Make sure your account has enough balance. Rewards cannot be used for card replacements.
Replacement usually completes within 5–10 minutes. You must wait at least 31 days between replacements.
After replacement, update your new CVV and expiry date with any merchants where your card is saved.
