Q: How to purchase a card?

A: Register a Redotpay account—Bind phone number and email—Complete KYC verification—Deposit digital currency—Apply card

Q: It says that my phone number doesn't match the region of my identity.

A: If you have bound a phone number with a different area code, please upgrade your RedotPay APP to the latest version. Please follow the instructions to complete facial recognition and purchase the card.

Q: Do I need to pay for a card?

A: Our platform provides both virtual and physical cards. You need to pay 10 USD per virtual card and 100 USD per physical card.

Q: Is the fee I paid when purchasing the card credited into my account?

A: The card opening fee is a one-time payment and will not be credited to the account.

Q: I am 16 years old, can I purchase and use a card here?

A: RedotPay minimum age requirement is 18.

Q: Is there a quantity limit for card issuance?

A: You can have up to 5 cards.

Q: What type of card is the RedotPay card?

A: The cards are Crypto cards.

Q: What is the difference between a USD card and an HKD card? How do I check the default currency of my card?

A:

1-The default application for users with Hong Kong IP is HKD cards;

2-The default application for Hong Kong billing address is HKD cards.

Any card applied for under any of the above conditions will be defaulted to HKD cards.

3-Residents from other regions apply for USD cards.

You can check the default currency of your card in the RedotPay APP by: Card-tap the flip button in the bottom left corner of the card-the default currency will be displayed in the top right corner.

Users can check the default currency of the card in the RedotPay APP by: Card-tap on the card to check the back side of the card -the currency displayed in the top right corner on the back of the cards is the default currency of the card.

Q: Can the card holder name be changed after the card is applied?

A: The card holder name cannot be changed once the card has been purchased.

For security reasons, we recommend using only your own information when setting the card holder name.

Q: What color is the physical card? Can I choose the color for the card? Does the card support customization?

A: The physical card is red. The card cannot be changed to other colors and currently does not support custom cards.

Q: I wanted to purchase a USD card but bought a HKD card. Can it be exchanged?

A: The card cannot be exchanged after purchase. If needed, you can buy another USD card, but please do not fill in the billing address as Hong Kong.

1. Hong Kong resident users apply with a default HKD card;

2. The default application for IP users in Hong Kong is a HKD card;

3. Residents from other regions apply for a USD card.

Q: How long is the validity period of the card? Is there a fee for changing the card after it expires/Do I need to reapply for the card after it expires?

A: Both physical and virtual cards have a validity period of 3 years. For physical cards, we provide a free card renewal/replacement service 90 days before the expiration date. Please note that postage fees will apply separately.

Q: I have already purchased a virtual card and would like to upgrade to a physical card. Can I make up for the price difference?

A: Upgrading virtual cards to physical cards is currently not supported. You will need to reapply for a new physical card.

Q: How can I view the complete card number (including physical and virtual cards)?

A: Please click the eye icon to see the complete card number on the card page. To ensure the security of your account, please do not disclose card information, such as card number, expiration date, and CVV, to others.

Q: What is CVV?

A: CVV is the 3-digit number on the back of the card.

Q: Why when I purchase a card it prompts "Account available insufficient"?

A: Please check if the available balance is sufficient. Please note that the 5$ registration reward can not be used for purchasing a card, but only for consumption.

Q: Does the card have a password?

A: The virtual card does not have a password and currently does not support setting passwords.

The physical card must have a password, which can be set after activation.

Q: Does the card have a swift code?

A: The card does not have a swift code.

Q: How to set a single order limit?

A: You can set a single order limit on Card-Limit.

Q: I would like to delete the card. Will the card fee be refunded to me? Can the card be restored?

A: Delete card operation path: Card-Setting-Card Delete.

After deleting the card, the card fee can't be refunded and the card can't be restored, please be cautious when deleting.

Q: Will there be any additional charges for me if I don't use the card for a month?

A: No additional charges. But please note the validity period of the reward. The validity period of the reward is usually for 30 days.

Q: I would like to make a transfer from Paypal to the card. Why can not succeed?

A: Currently, the card does not support depositing or transferring fiat currency.

Q: What is the card consumption limit? Daily and monthly expenditure limits?

A: There is no daily limit for card consumption, and the HKD BIN for each order transaction does not exceed 800000 HKD and the USD BIN does not exceed 100000 USD.

Q: Why is Total Balance displayed on the APP homepage different from the Available amount displayed on the Card page?

A: The homepage of the app displays the total amount, while the card page displays the available balance. The available balance is usually the total amount multiplied by 1% of the transaction fee. Please also pay attention to changes in exchange rates.

Q: Why is the total amount sufficient and the available balance displayed as 0?

A: Please check your payment settings and do not set currencies with balances in the disabled currency list.

Q: How do I view transaction statements?How to modify the billing address?

A: You can download the transaction statement yourself from Card-Bill-Bill Statement List. It will be sent to your email. Please enter the last six digits of your phone number to open the bill. Operation path for modifying the billing address, Card-Setting-Modify Billing Address.

Q: What is the reason if my card is swiped and information is leaked, and what should I do?

A: It is usually caused by the leakage of your card information. We suggest you delete your card as soon as possible. As possible to avoid asset losses. Operation path: Card-Setting-Card delete. Please do not send card information to others and pay attention to information security.

Q: Where can I use my RedotPay card?

A: RedotPay card is widely accepted by 130M+ merchants globally. The card can be added to major payment wallets

such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Alipay. It can also be linked to or added as a payment method in many

popular merchants and services such as Uber, Telegram, facebook, booking.com, amazon, aliexpress etc.

company in Hong Kong. Our users' assets are protected by a 42M USD insurance coverage and all private keys are
