A: The RedotPay card is primarily used for consumption, and the platform's asset risk control is stricter. Generally, the normal transaction withdrawal time is as follows:
Hong Kong working hours Monday to Friday 9:30-18:30 (UTC+8): 1-2 hours
Non-Hong Kong working hours: 24 hours
Weekends or holidays: 24 hours
Q: Is there any minimum amount limit for withdrawals?
A: Please note the minimum withdrawal limit, withdrawals below the minimum amount will not be possible. Please refer to the APP display for the specific limit.
Q: How can I withdraw the USDs?
A: We have two kinds of USDs asset, a General account and a Reward account, and currently, neither can be withdrawn.
The specifics are as follows:
General account USDs: It can be used to buy cards and for card consumption, with no expiration date. Users can use USDs to purchase cards or make purchases without worrying about expiration.
Reward account USDs: It can only be used for card consumption and has a validity period of 30 days. Users must use it for consumption within 30 days, otherwise, the USDs will expire.
Q: What is the reason for not receiving my withdrawal from RedotPay?
A: The user needs to check the withdrawal status, which generally has three statuses: pending, processing, and completed.
If it is completed, the current withdrawal has been successful, and the user needs to check the withdrawal information on the blockchain.
If it is pending, it requires waiting for platform confirmation. If the user needs to cancel, they can also operate in this status.
If it is processing, the user needs to check whether the withdrawal was made to a gambling or illegal address, which may have caused it to be intercepted by the system.
