You can withdraw crypto from RedotPay to another wallet or platform by sending it on‑chain.
Open the RedotPay app and go to [Home]. Next, tap [More].
2. Then, tap [Withdraw].
3. Select [Withdraw on-chain].
4. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw (for example, USDT), then select your preferred network (for example, USDT‑TRC20) and make sure your balance is above the minimum amount required to withdraw.
5. In your destination wallet or exchange (for example, Binance), go to [Wallet], and select [Spot]. Then tap [Deposit] and choose your network (for example, USDT‑TRC20) to get your deposit address.
6. Copy the deposit address and paste it into the withdrawal address field in RedotPay, or scan the QR code.
Tap the [Withdraw] button and complete the required verification. The transfer will be processed once it is confirmed on‑chain.
Note
The currency and network must match on both sides (for example, USDT‑TRC20 to USDT‑TRC20), or your funds may not be credited.
On‑chain withdrawals are irreversible, so always double‑check the address and network before you confirm.
Withdrawal fees depend on network conditions and are shown on the withdrawal screen before you submit your request.
