If your crypto deposit hasn’t arrived in your RedotPay account, please review the checks below.
Did you use the right crypto and network?
If you sent the wrong asset or used an unsupported network, your deposit will not credit automatically.
For example, USDT-TRC20 has a minimum deposit of 1 USDT—anything below that will not be credited. See What Happens if I Deposit the Wrong Crypto or Network? for what to do next.
Was your deposit above the minimum amount?
Deposits below the minimum amount can't be credited. You can find the minimum for each token in Supported Cryptocurrencies, Networks & Minimum Deposit.
Is the transaction confirmed on the blockchain?
Network congestion can delay confirmations. Check your transaction hash in a blockchain explorer and make sure it has at least one confirmation.
Was the deposit sent from multiple addresses?
Deposits coming from more than one address can take about 3–5 days to process. Your funds may simply need more time to arrive.
Could it have been flagged by a security check?
If a transaction is linked to a restricted or high‑risk source, it may be held for review. If you suspect this is the case, contact RedotPay Support and we’ll help you verify and resolve it.
