If you need to disable your account, you can do so quickly within the app. Just follow these steps:
Open the RedotPay app and tap your Profile icon in the top left corner.
Navigate to Security, then select Manage account.
Tap Disable account.
Review the on-screen prompt and tap Confirm.
Complete the required security verification (such as entering your Google Authenticator code).
Once verified, your account will be successfully disabled.
Please note: After disabling your account, you will still be able to log in, but you will no longer be able to:
Use your card for transactions
Make internal transfers
Withdraw cryptocurrency
Convert assets
Modify your card or account settings
