Open the RedotPay app, go to Profile > Security, and turn off the "Account Enabled" function to disable your account.

Then, click "Confirm", and complete the relevant verification. Once verified, your account will be disabled.

Please note:

After disabling your account, you can still log in, but you will not be able to use the card for transactions, internal transfers, cryptocurrency withdrawals, convert or modify card & account settings.
