If an ATM didn't dispense cash but funds were deducted from your account, don't worry — this often resolves on its own. Here's how to check, based on your transaction status in the app.
If the status is "Authorized"
The transaction is still pending. Wait for it to update. If it changes to "Refunded," the money has been returned to you — nothing more to do.
If the status is "Cleared"
The transaction has settled and the funds have gone to the ATM's bank. Wait about 3 days, then check your transaction history for a refund from the same ATM (it may appear under a different transaction ID). If there's still no refund after that, contact the bank that operates the ATM directly. Since the withdrawal happened at their machine, they're best placed to investigate and return your funds.
If the bank can't help
If you still can't resolve it with the bank, you may be able to use RedotPay's chargeback service (a fee applies).
