How to Purchase Crypto with Your Credit Card？

RedotPay App supports users in purchasing cryptocurrency using credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods.

Important Notes:

This feature is currently available only for Android devices; iOS users cannot use this feature.
Supported cryptocurrencies for purchase include ETH, USDT, and USDC. UK users are unable to purchase USDT.
RedotPay cards do not support cryptocurrency purchases.
If your bank initiates a verification during payment, you will need to complete the required authentication on the third-party bank page.
If you encounter any issues during the payment process, please contact the "Live chat" on the payment page. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.

After a successful payment, your crypto typically arrives within 0.5–2 hours. Please be patient.

Open the RedotPay app and tap on "Deposit" from the Home page.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to buy (e.g., USDT).
Choose your payment method > Third-party Payment (e.g., Credit Card/Debit Card).
Enter the amount in fiat currency.
Tap "Add Card".
Enter your card details and tap "Pay" to complete the transaction.
