1. Open the RedotPay app and go to [Card].
2. Next select [Settings].
3. Tap [Delete card].
4. Choose a reason for deleting the card, then tap [Next].
5. Review the warning, then tap [Delete].
6. Confirm by tapping [Delete] again in the popup.
7. Complete the verification. Once verified, your card is deleted.
Before you delete your card
Check and update any auto-payments or subscriptions linked to the card first, so you don't get failed charges that interrupt your services.
Make sure all transactions are complete and you have no pending refunds. Once a card is deleted, we can't guarantee that an incoming refund will reach you.
Deleting a card is permanent. A deleted card can't be recovered or used again, so please be sure before you proceed.
