You'll be charged the 100 USD issuance fee when you get a physical card. Make sure you have enough funds in your RedotPay account to cover it.
How to get a physical card
1. Open the RedotPay app, tap [Card].
2. Select [Physical card].
3. Then tap [Apply for card • 100 USD].
4. Next, tap the edit icon to enter your billing and shipping address.
5. Tap [Use this address] to confirm.
6. Next, tap [Pay] to submit your application.
Notes:
Payment confirms your application. It can't be canceled or refunded.
Physical cards aren't available in every country. See Unsupported Countries/Regions for the current list before you order your card.
Both billing and shipping addresses must be entered in English.
The cardholder name on your billing address is printed on the back of the card and can't be changed after issuance.
Make sure your city, state/province, and postal code match your selected country, and include a valid phone number.
