How does RedotPay International Transfer work?
It's a way to turn your crypto (like USDT, USDC, or BTC) to local currency and send it to a bank account or e-wallet.
How do I start using International Transfer?
To get started:
Sign up for a RedotPay account.
Complete identity verification.
Add crypto to your RedotPay account.
Add the recipient’s bank account or e-wallet details.
Create and confirm your transfer.
How much does it cost to send funds?
Transfer fees depend on the currency and receiving method. Before you send, you'll see the exact fee and the amount your recipient receives.
To check: tap [Send], choose the receiving currency, and the fee appears on screen.
Are there any hidden bank fees?
Usually not. Most local networks (such as Pix, SPEI, and SEPA) don't charge extra fees. For USD transfers via SWIFT, the recipient's bank or intermediary bank may deduct extra handling fee.
Which cryptocurrencies or assets are supported for international transfer?
You can use any crypto in your RedotPay balance, except USDs.
Why is the received amount different from the estimate?
We use live exchange rates that update in real time. If you wait before confirming, the rate may shift slightly. Once you tap [Confirm], your rate is locked for that transfer.
How long does a transfer take?
Processing times depend on the destination country, currency, and receiving method. You’ll see an estimated arrival time on screen before sending.
Can I cancel a transfer after sending it?
No, once a transfer has been processed, it can't be canceled. If the transfer fails for any reason, the funds will be automatically returned to your RedotPay balance.
What if I send to the wrong account?
If the account details are invalid, the transfer fails and the funds return to your RedotPay balance. If the account exists but the details were wrong, contact the recipient's bank right away — once funds reach a valid account, RedotPay can't reverse them.
Can I send to someone else’s account?
Yes, you can send funds to another person's account. This option isn't available for business accounts. Just make sure the recipient's account details are correct to avoid a failed transfer.
