What is International Transfer?
It’s an easy way to turn your crypto (like USDT, USDC, or BTC) into local currency and send it straight to bank accounts or e-wallets.
How do I start using International Transfer?
Getting started only takes a few steps:
Sign up for a RedotPay account.
Complete identity verification.
Add crypto to your RedotPay account.
Add the recipient’s bank account or e-wallet details.
Create and confirm your transfer.
How much does it cost to send funds?
Transfer fees depend on the currency and receiving method. Some popular routes—like Nigeria and Brazil—currently have no transfer fees.
Before you send, you’ll always see the exact fee and the amount your recipient will get.
To check it:
Tap [Send].
Choose the receiving currency and method.
The fee will display right on screen.
Are there any hidden bank fees?
Usually, no. Most local transfer networks (like Pix, SPEI, or SEPA) don’t charge extra fees. For USD transfers sent through SWIFT, some banks may deduct their own handling fee.
Which cryptocurrencies or assets are supported for international transfer?
You can use any crypto in your RedotPay balance, except USDⓈ.
Why is the received amount different from the estimate?
We use live exchange rates that update in real time. If you wait a bit before confirming, the rate might shift slightly. Once you tap [Confirm], your rate is locked for that transfer.
How long does a transfer take?
Processing times depend on the destination country, currency, and receiving method. You’ll see an estimated arrival time on screen before sending.
Can I cancel a transfer after sending it?
Once a transfer is processed, it can’t be canceled. However, if the transfer isn’t completed within the time limit (usually 5–15 minutes), your order will automatically cancel.
What if I send funds to the wrong account?
1. If the account details are invalid, your transfer will fail and the funds will go back to your RedotPay balance.
2. If the account exists, contact the recipient’s bank right away for help.
Can I send funds to someone else’s account?
Yes. You can send USD and EUR transfers to other people. We’re working to support more currencies and regions soon.
