Q: What is the multi-market payout service?

A: With RedotPay, you can convert your crypto assets into fiat currency and payout the funds to a bank account.

Q: How can new users start using RedotPay's multi-market payout service?

A:

  1. Register a RedotPay account

  2. Complete identity verification

  3. Deposit crypto assets

  4. Add recipient bank account information

  5. Initiate a multi-market payout

Note: This service is only available in selected countries and regions. If you do not see the multi-market payout feature in the RedotPay app, it means the service is not yet supported in your area.

Q: What is the multi-market payout fee?

A: A flat fee of 1 USD is charged for each multi-market payout.

Q: Are there additional bank fees besides RedotPay's fee?

A: Bank fees vary depending on the receiving bank's policies. Please refer to the bank's fee schedule for details.

Q: Which cryptocurrencies are supported for multi-market payouts?

A: RedotPay currently supports the following assets for multi-market payouts:

  • BTC

  • ETH

  • USDT

  • USDC

  • SOL

  • TON

  • S

  • TRX

Q: Why is there a difference between the estimated and actual amount received?

A: Exchange rates fluctuate in real time. The final amount is calculated based on the actual rate at the time of the multi-market payout.

Q: How long does it take for the funds to arrive?

A: In most cases, the funds will be credited to the recipient's bank account within 10 minutes after the multi-market payout is completed.

Q: Can a submitted multi-market payout order be canceled?

A: You cannot cancel a submitted payout order manually. If payment is not completed within 15 minutes, the system will automatically cancel the order. Please double-check all details before submitting.

Q: What should I do if I send the funds to the wrong bank account?

A:

If the account exists, you'll need to contact the receiving bank's customer service.

If the account does not exist, the funds are typically not processed and will not be paid out.
