A: The first phase of the campaign ends on July 31, 2025, at 23:59:59 (UTC+8).

Q: What qualifies as a successful consecutive 5-day check-in?

A: A successful check-in streak requires using your credit account to make a qualifying purchase of at least 5 USD (based on the authorized amount) each day for 5 consecutive days. Transactions below 5 USD do not meet the minimum requirement.

Q: What does "first and subsequent transactions under the same transaction ID are excluded from cashback" mean?

A: If multiple transactions share the same transaction ID, only the first eligible transaction is counted for cashback. Any further transactions under the same ID will not be counted toward the campaign.

Q: What is the gift box amount range for a successful check-in streak?

A: The gift box amount randomly ranges from 0.5 USD to 5 USD.

Q: How is the total cashback calculated?

A: The total cashback is the sum of all eligible cashback earned during successful consecutive daily check-ins.

Q: If the streak is interrupted, will my previous progress be saved?

A: No. If your check-in streak is interrupted, your progress will be reset, and you'll need to start over from day one.

Q: When will I receive my cashback?

A: Cashback will be credited to your credit account after successful transaction authorization. Please check your account balance or in-app notifications for updates.

Q: What if I'm halfway through the streak when the campaign ends?

A: You may continue and complete the current 5-day streak even after the campaign period ends, as long as it is uninterrupted. However, you cannot start a new streak after the campaign ends.
