How to Cancel a RedotPay P2P Order

1. On the order page, tap [Cancel order].

2. Select a reason for canceling, then tap [Submit].

It can, in two cases:

1. If the order is canceled automatically because of a system timeout, your transaction completion rate (as the buyer) goes down.

2. If you cancel too often, your P2P trading is paused (see the cancellation limit below).

Yes. You can cancel up to 5 orders in 24 hours, including automatic cancellations. If you go over that, you can't place new P2P orders for 24 hours.

​Note: You can cancel your RedotPay P2P order anytime before making a payment to the counterparty. If you’ve already paid, please don’t cancel.
