RedotPay cards are accepted in over 100 countries, so they should work for most payments. However, there are a few situations where a transaction may not go through:
The country restricts international card payments
Some governments limit or block payments made on foreign-issued cards.
Local infrastructure doesn't support international cards
In some regions, card terminals or payment systems aren't set up to process foreign cards.
Sanctions or local rules apply
A small number of countries may be restricted, and our cards can't be used there.
What you can try
Use a different payment method that's accepted locally.
Try the merchant again, or try a different merchant nearby.
Before you travel: if you're heading somewhere and want to check ahead, see Unsupported Countries/Regions for the latest list.
