What should I do if I can’t receive the verification code?

  • Update the RedotPay App: Ensure you are using the latest version of the app before attempting to resend the code.

  • Verify your WhatsApp Login: If using the WhatsApp option, ensure you are actively logged into the account associated with the phone number you provided.

  • Check Your Connection: Ensure your device has a strong signal. You can try toggling Airplane Mode on and off or switching to a different network provider. If the issue persists, wait a few hours before trying again.

  • Use an Alternative Number: If you still cannot receive the code, consider using a different phone number for verification.
