  • Update the App: Ensure you are using the latest version of the RedotPay app.

  • Check Your Spam Folder: Look in your spam or junk folder to see if the email was filtered there. Additionally, verify that your inbox has enough storage space to receive new messages.

  • Review Inbox Settings: Confirm that your email provider is not blocking or filtering emails from RedotPay.

  • Try Again: Request the verification code a few more times.

  • Use an Alternative Email: If the issue persists, try using a different email address for verification.
