  1. Update the RedotPay: Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.

  2. Check Spam Folder: Verify if the email has been mistakenly marked as spam and check if your inbox has enough storage.

  3. Review Inbox Settings: Please confirm that emails from RedotPay are not being blocked.

  4. Retry Receiving the Verification Code: Please retry a few more times.

  5. Use a Different Email: If the issue persists, we recommend using a different email address for verification.
