If you're still logged in
First, log out of your account, then reset your password from the login screen.
Open the RedotPay app and select your profile picture in the top left corner.
Then, tap the [Settings] icon in the upper right corner.

Tap [Log out].
After this, you’ll see the login screen on the home page.

3. Enter your email address or phone number.
4. Complete two‑factor authentication.
5. Enter a new password, confirm it, and submit.
Your new password must:
(1) Be 8-32 characters long
(2) Include at least 1 uppercase letter
(3) Include at least 1 lowercase letter
(4) Include at least 1 number
(5) Include at least 1 special character
Security hold after changing password
To help protect your funds:
Withdrawals, internal transfers, and asset conversions will be disabled for 24 hours after you change your password.
Each card transaction will be limited to 1,000 USD during this period.
