After you receive your physical card, follow these steps to turn on ATM withdrawals and contactless payments.
Step 1: Find your activation code
1. Open the package that came with your physical card.
2. Inside, you’ll find a unique activation code. Keep it safe and don't share it with anyone.
Step 2: Activate your card in the app
1. Open the RedotPay app.
2. Tap [Card] on the home screen.
3. Then, tap [Activate now] and enter your activation code.
After activation
Once activation is complete, your card is ready for ATM withdrawals and contactless payments.
