You can update your contact details directly in the RedotPay app. For your security, certain account features will be temporarily restricted after making these changes.
How to update your details
Tap your Profile icon in the upper left corner.
Select [Security].
Tap [Phone] or [Email].
Choose [Change email address] or [Change phone number] and follow the on-screen verification steps.
Security notice
To keep your account safe, the following restrictions apply for 24 hours after you update your phone or email:
Withdrawals, internal transfers, and currency conversions will be disabled.
Card spending limit will be temporarily set to 1,000 USD for the day.
