Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or want to update it, you can reset it directly from the login screen. For your security, certain account features will be temporarily restricted after a reset.

How to reset your password

  1. Open the RedotPay app and go to the Login page.

2. Tap [Forgot your password].

3. Enter your email address or phone number and tap [Next].

4. Complete two‑factor authentication.

5. Enter and confirm your new password.

Your new password must have:

  1. 8 to 32 characters

  2. At least one uppercase and one lowercase letter

  3. At least one number

  4. At least one special character

If you are already logged in

You must log out before you can reset your password.

  1. Tap your Profile icon in the top left corner.

  2. Then, tap the [Settings] icon in the upper right corner.

  3. Next, tap [Log out]. After this, you’ll see the login screen on the home page.


Security notice

To keep your funds safe, the following restrictions apply for 24 hours after a password reset:

  • Withdrawals, internal transfers, and currency conversions will be disabled.

  • Card spending will be limited to 1,000 USD for the day.
