A one-time 100 USD card issuance fee is required to apply for a RedotPay physical card. This fee is charged at the time of application and is not credited to your RedotPay account balance, so please ensure you have sufficient funds available.
New users receive a 5 USDⓈ welcome reward after registration; this reward may be used for purchases but cannot be applied toward the card issuance fee.
How to apply
Open the RedotPay app, go to [Card] and select [Physical Card].
Tap [Apply Card – 100 USD].
Enter your billing address and shipping address.
Important Notes:
RedotPay does not support certain countries/regions for billing and shipping addresses. Please review the list of RedotPay Unsupported Countries/Regions before applying.
Billing and shipping addresses must be entered in English.
The cardholder name provided in the billing address will be printed on the back of the card and cannot be changed after issuance.
Shipping Address Guidelines:
Accuracy: Include full street name, building/house number, and any unit or floor details to help ensure successful delivery.
Consistency: City, state/province, and postal code must match the selected country to reduce the risk of delays or lost shipments.
Contact Information: A valid phone number is required.
Tap [Use this address] to confirm.
Return to the payment screen, tap [Pay], and submit your application.
Please note: Once payment is completed, your card issuance request is submitted and cannot be canceled. The card fee is non‑refundable.
