How can I change the phone/email associated with my account?

  1. Open the RedotPay app

  2. Go to Home, tap on the profile icon in the upper left corner.

  3. Go to Security

  4. Select Phone/Email

  5. Choose Change email address/Change phone number

  6. Complete the relevant verification to successfully change or remove.

Note:

  • After changing account security settings, withdrawal, internal transfer, and convert functions will be disabled for 24 hours.

  • Your daily card limit is set to 1,000 USD during this time.
