If you've forgotten your password
Tap [Log in] on the login screen.
2. Next, tap [Forgot your password].
3. Enter your email or phone number and tap [Next].
4. Complete two-factor authentication.
5. Enter and confirm your new password.
If you want to change your password
Open the RedotPay app and go to your profile.
Tap [Settings], and choose [Security].
Next, tap [Change password].
Enter your current password, then your new one.
Note: Whenever your password is reset, we temporarily limit some features for 24 hours to protect your account from unauthorised access:
Withdrawals, internal transfers, and currency conversions are paused.
Card spending is capped at 1,000 USD for the day.
This is a standard security measure and applies automatically.
