How can I change/unbind the phone/email associated with my account?

  • Open the RedotPay App.

  • Click on the homepage.

  • Click the profile button in the upper left corner.

  • Go to the "Security" option.

  • Select "Phone/Email."

  • Choose "Modify Email/Phone" or "Unbind Email/Unbind Phone Number."

  • After completing the relevant verification, you will successfully modify it.

Note:

  • Accounts with purchased cards cannot unbind the phone/email.

  • After changing account security settings, the withdrawal, internal transfer and convert functions will be disabled for 72 hours. Additionally, each transaction with the card will be limited to 1,000 USD during this period.
