How can I change/unbind the phone/email associated with my account?

  1. Open the RedotPay app

  2. Go to Home, tap on the profile icon in the upper left corner.

  3. Go to Security

  4. Select Phone/Email

  5. Choose Change Email/Phone or Remove Email/Phone Number

  6. Complete the relevant verification to successfully change or remove.

Note:

  • Accounts with purchased cards cannot unbind the phone/email.

  • After changing account security settings, withdrawal, internal transfer, and convert functions will be disabled for 24 hours. Additionally, each transaction with the card will be limited to 1,000 USD during this period.
