Identity checks are required before you can use RedotPay. Verification may fail if your device, details, or documents do not meet the requirements. If you're on iOS, make sure you're using iOS 12.2 or later.
1. Open the RedotPay app. Tap your profile picture in the upper left corner, or follow the in-app prompt to go directly to the identity verification page.
2. On your profile page, tap the arrow to open your personal details.
3. Next, select [Identity verification].
4. Fill in your basic information:
Country/region
First name
Last name
Date of birth
Choose the ID document you want to use and enter the document number. Then, tap [Next] to submit.
If you don’t see your country or region, please check the unsupported countries list in our help center.
5. Tap [Identity document] to upload your ID.
6. Select the issuing country and document type.
Only the document types shown on screen are supported. If your document type is not listed, it can't be used for verification.
7. Once your ID document is approved, follow the on‑screen steps to complete face verification.
8. If everything is successful, your identity verification is complete.
9. If you see [Additional info request], fill in the personal declaration form as instructed. Reviews usually take 3–5 days after you submit the form.
If you don’t submit the form within 14 days, your identity verification will be marked as failed.
