Frame: Place the ID on a flat surface and ensure all four corners are visible in the photo.
Both Sides: If your ID has information on the back, you must upload both the front and back photos.
3. Completing the Face Scan
Environment: Use a well-lit room and a plain background.
Position: Hold your phone steady at eye level. Remove hats, glasses, or masks that cover your face.
No Background People: Ensure you are the only person visible in the scan.
