Identity checks are required before you can use RedotPay. To ensure a smooth process, iOS users should be on version 12.2 or later.
1. Tap your Profile Picture (top left) or follow the in-app prompt.
2. On your profile page, tap the arrow to open your personal details.
3. Next, select [Identity verification].
4. Fill in your basic information:
Country/region
First name
Last name
Date of birth
Tap [Next] to submit.
If you don’t see your country or region, please check the unsupported countries list in our help center.
5. Tap [Identity document] to upload your ID.
6. Select the issuing country and document type. Only document types listed on the screen are supported.
7. Once your ID document is approved, follow the on‑screen steps to complete face verification.
8. If successful, your identity verification is complete.
9. If you see [Additional info request], fill in the personal declaration form as instructed. Reviews usually take 3–5 days after you submit the form.
If you don’t submit the form within 14 days, your identity verification will be marked as failed.
