1. Open the RedotPay app and tap your profile icon in the top-left corner.
2. Go to [Security] and tap [Google Authenticator].
3. Tap [Set up Google Authenticator].
4. When your backup key appears, copy and save it. You'll need this if you lose your phone or need to restore access.
5. Open your Google Authenticator app, tap the [+] icon.
6. Choose [Enter a setup key].
7. Name the account (i.e. RedotPay), paste your backup key, and tap [Add].
8. Back in RedotPay, enter the 6-digit code from Google Authenticator, then the code sent to your email or phone to finish.
Notes:
If you lose your phone, the backup key is the only way to recover your account access. Store it offline or in a secure password manager.
The 6-digit code in Google Authenticator refreshes every 30 seconds. Ensure you enter the current code immediately.
