Why has my cryptocurrency deposit not arrived?

If your cryptocurrency deposit has not arrived, please follow the steps below:

  1. Check if the wrong chain or cryptocurrency was used. If an incorrect transaction was made, please refer to this link for guidance: Deposit not arrived (Wrong deposit) | RedotPay.

  2. Verify if the deposit meets the platform’s minimum deposit requirement. Deposits below the minimum amount will not be credited.

    1. Example: For USDT-TRC20, the minimum deposit amount is 1 USDT. If the deposit is below this amount, it will not be credited.

  3. Check for blockchain congestion. Verify if the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

    1. Check method: Go to OKLink, enter the transaction hash, and check if the block confirmation is greater than 0.

  4. Check if the deposit is from multiple addresses. Deposits from multiple addresses may take 3-5 days to process. Please be patient.

  5. Ensure the deposit was not made from gambling or illegal addresses. Such deposits may be blocked by the wallet. For more details, please refer to the link: Know Your Transaction (KYT). If your deposit was intercepted by KYT, please contact RedotPay customer support for verification.
