RedotPay supports deposits for specific cryptocurrencies and their corresponding networks. Click here for details.
To check the supported deposit networks for each cryptocurrency, please go to Home > Deposit > Select Currency > On-Chain deposit.
Important Notes:
Deposits may be temporarily suspended during a network hard fork. In such cases, this article may not be updated immediately.
If you deposit an unsupported cryptocurrency (e.g., BNB) or use an unsupported network (e.g., USDT-Avalanche C-Chain), RedotPay will not receive the deposit, and the funds will not be credited to your account.
Incorrect Deposit Recovery
RedotPay will make every effort to assist with incorrect deposits, but due to technical constraints, a handling fee is required. Recovery is not guaranteed for all cases.
If you made a wrong deposit, please contact RedotPay customer service and provide:
Deposit Address (RedotPay deposit address)
Network/Chain Used
Deposit Amount & Coin Type
Transaction ID (TXID/Hash)
Screenshot of the Withdrawal Status
Handling Fee Schedule for Wrong Deposit Recovery
Deposit Amount: 10–100 USD → Fee: 10 USD
Deposit Amount: 100–5000 USD → Fee: 10% of deposit amount
Deposit Amount: Above 5000 USD → Fee: 500 USD
If the deposit amount is below 10 USD, retrieval is not possible due to the small amount.
If your deposit can not be recovered, we sincerely apologize for your loss. Please carefully check the supported deposit currencies and networks before making future deposits to prevent similar issues.
If the Deposit is Recoverable
Customer service will provide a designated receiving address for the fee payment and request a refund address on the corresponding network. Please ensure accuracy, as incorrect refund addresses are the user’s responsibility.
After the fee is paid, please send the Transaction ID/Hash to customer service for verification.
Once verified, RedotPay will initiate the recovery process. As this is complex, it may take time. Please be patient.
After successful recovery, the refund hash will be provided for verification.
Reminder: Always double-check the supported currencies and networks before making deposits to avoid potential asset loss.
