The 5 USD is a reward credited by the platform and cannot be used to purchase a card. It is nonwithdrawable, non-transferable, and can only be used for consumption.

The reward is valid for 30 calendar days and will expire if not used. You can check the expiry date in the app: Home > USDs > Reward.
