RedotPay offers several in‑app tools to help you protect your cards and account.
Set spending limits for your card
Go to [Cards] - [Limits] to set per-purchase and daily limits. You can set these separately for each card.
Control where your card works
Go to [Cards] - [Settings] - [Security settings].
Turn on or off:
Online transactions (web and third-party wallet payments)
Offline transactions (POS payments)
ATM withdrawals (physical cards only)
Choose which currencies your card can use
Go to [Cards] - [Settings]- [Security settings] - [Set transaction currencies]. All supported currencies are on by default. If you turn one off, payments in that currency will be declined, since they can't be settled.
Freeze your card temporarily
Go to [Cards] - [Freeze] to block new purchases on that card. Your other cards aren't affected. While a card is frozen, some payments declined fees may still apply.
