Q: What is a gift?

A: You can use the 'Gift' feature in the APP to send cryptocurrency gifts to your friends. You will be able to create random or fixed amount gifts. Your friends will be able to claim the cryptocurrency gift in the RedotPay APP or a webpage after you send out the link.

Q: How to send a gift?

A: Open RedotPay APP, select 'Hub', then 'Gift' (your APP version needs to be v2.4.0 or later).

Click 'Send Gift', and select the cover for your gift.

Please note: Sending a gift requires you to complete identity verification and binding security methods. If you have not completed the verifications, please follow the instructions to complete the verification and then prepare your gift.

Select the cryptocurrency and amount you wish to send, and enter your 'message':

First option: Create a gift link, and send the link to your friend.

Second option: Select from your contact list, and send the gift.

Before sending, there are some advanced settings available for your gift. You can set the number of rewards your gift will split into, if the split will be random, and if only new users can claim the reward:

After you have completed setting up your gift, you will be able to complete payment. When completing the payment, a security authentication is required:

Once the security authentication is completed, your payment is completed. Your gift will take a short time to become ready. Once it is ready, the page will automatically update, and you can share the link or the gift code with your friends:

Q: How to receive a gift?

A: There are two methods for claiming a gift:

First: If your friend has sent you a gift link, please access the link to claim the gift directly from the page.

Second: If your friend has sent you a 'Gift code', you can go to RedotPay APP - Hub - Gift - 'Open Gift', enter the gift code and claim your gift.

Q: What is the condition for sending and receiving a gift?

A: Both sending and receiving a gift require the account to have completed the identity verification process.

Q: Is there a time limit for a gift?

A: A gift is valid for 48 hours after it is sent. Unclaimed gifts after expiration will be returned to the sender's account.
