What happens:
Scammers impersonate RedotPay staff, claim they're running a "blockchain test," and ask you to send crypto or fiat to a fake "official" address. Example: An email claims RedotPay is running a "blockchain stress test" and promises a 10% reward if you send 1,000 USDT. Once you transfer, the scammer disappears.
How to protect yourself:
RedotPay will never ask you to transfer funds to a wallet address.
Official events are announced on our official channels, and rewards are always claimed in the app — never by sending funds first.
If you get a request like this, contact support and submit the original email (.eml file) for review.
2. Fake RedotPay social media accounts
What happens:
Scammers create fake profiles on Telegram, X, and other platforms to impersonate RedotPay.
How to protect yourself:
Check that the account is verified and matches the ones listed on our official Community page.
RedotPay does not use WhatsApp for any communication. Any WhatsApp message claiming to be from RedotPay is a scam.
Only reach RedotPay through trusted links.
3. Fake airdrops or rewards

Scammers promise a large airdrop or reward if you send funds to a specific address first.
Example: A message promises a 1,000 USDT airdrop if you deposit 500 USDT. After you send it, no reward arrives.

RedotPay rewards are only given through the app and never require a payment first.
