If you are ready to start using your account again, reactivating it is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
Open the RedotPay app and go to your Profile.
Tap Security, then select Manage account.
Tap Enable account.
Review the on-screen prompt and tap Confirm.
Follow the instructions to complete a quick facial recognition verification (Liveness Check).
Once your verification is successfully completed, your account and all wallet functions will be fully restored.
