❗️Important Warning: Each person can only verify one RedotPay account. If you delete a verified account, your identity remains linked to it, and you will not be able to create a new account in the future, even if you use different ID documents.
If you are sure you want to proceed, follow these steps to delete your account:
Open the RedotPay app and tap your Profile icon in the top left corner.
2. Tap Security, then select Manage account.
3. Tap Delete account.
Please note the following before deleting your account:
All cards linked to your account will be permanently canceled.
All of your transaction records will be deleted.
Any assets left in your account will be considered voluntarily abandoned.
No refunds will be issued after the account is deleted.
You cannot delete your account if you have an outstanding negative balance.
15-Day Grace Period: If you change your mind, simply log back into the app within 15 days of your request. This will automatically cancel the deletion process, and you can continue using your account as usual.
4. Carefully review the on-screen warnings and check the required boxes to acknowledge the terms.
5. Tap Delete confirm to submit your request.
