⚠️ Important: Each person can verify only one RedotPay account. If you delete a verified account, your identity remains linked to it, and you will not be able to create a new account in the future—even with different ID documents.
If you are sure you want to proceed, follow these steps to delete your account:
Open the RedotPay app and tap your profile icon in the top-left corner.
2. Tap [Security], then select [Manage account].
3. Tap [Delete account].
4. Carefully review the on-screen warnings and check the required boxes to acknowledge the terms.
5. Tap [Confirm deletion] to submit your request.
Please note that deleting your account will:
Permanently cancel all linked cards
Delete all of your transaction records
Treat any remaining assets as voluntarily abandoned
Make you ineligible for any refunds after deletion
If you change your mind, simply log back into the app within 15 days of your request to cancel the deletion—you can then continue using your account as usual. After 15 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
