  1. Update the RedotPay App: Please ensure your app is updated to the latest version and retry receiving the verification code.

  2. Try WhatsApp: You can also attempt to receive the verification code via WhatsApp. For detailed instructions, please check: How to use WhatsApp Messenger to receive RedotPay secondary authentication codes | RedotPay

  3. Verify WhatsApp Login: Make sure you are logged into the phone number receiving the verification code on WhatsApp.

  4. Check Network Coverage: Please ensure your phone has good network coverage. Try switching to a different service provider, turn off airplane mode, and then wait a few hours before retrying.

  5. Use a Different Phone Number: If you continue to have trouble, we recommend trying another phone number for verification.
