USD and HKD cards mainly differ by which currency your card uses for billing and settlement.
USD vs HKD card
USD card: Uses USD (US Dollar) as the primary currency for settlement and billing.
HKD card: Uses HKD (Hong Kong Dollar) as the primary currency for settlement and billing.
The card type you receive depends on your region, device, and other eligibility criteria, and is automatically assigned during the application process.
How to check your default currency
You can check your card's default currency in the RedotPay app by following these steps:
Open the app and tap [Card].
2. Tap the eye icon or the card image to flip the card over.
Look at the top-right corner on the back of the card. The currency code shown there (for example, USD or HKD) is your card’s default currency.
