How to Calibrate Your Phone's Time?

To use RedotPay services smoothly, your phone's time must be calibrated correctly to avoid login issues.

Please follow these steps to adjust your device's time settings:

For iPhone (iOS):

  1. Open Settings > General.

  2. Go to Date & Time.

  3. Enable Set Automatically.

    For Android:

    1. Open Settings > Additional settings (Path may vary by device).

    2. Go to Date and time.

    3. Enable Set time automatically.

    Important Notes:

    • Ensure your phone is connected to the internet, as automatic calibration requires network access.

    • If adjusting manually, please disable automatic settings before manually setting the date and time.

    • Please verify that your time zone is correct, especially when traveling or after a time zone change.

    Following these steps will help keep your device’s time accurate for a seamless RedotPay experience.
