Important notes before deleting your card:
Check and update any linked auto-payment services before deleting your card to avoid failed charges that may affect your ongoing subscriptions.
Ensure all transactions are completed and there are no pending refunds. Once your card is deleted, the platform cannot guarantee the success of any incoming refunds.
Deleted cards cannot be recovered and will no longer be usable for transactions. Please proceed with caution.
Steps to delete your RedotPay card:
Open the RedotPay app, go to Card > Settings.
Note: If you have multiple cards, make sure to select the correct one.
Select Delete Card.
A card deletion fee of 2 USD will be charged. Tap Pay to proceed.
Complete the verification process. Once verified, your card will be successfully deleted.
